    I have to say, I thought this was one of the most thought provoking books I’ve read in a long time. Not only did I learn things I didn’t know about the human body, mind, & spirit, but I laughed a lot. I enjoyed Dr Walkers wit and sense of humor and her in your face analogies as it relates to our society and the way we view the world and ourselves. The book was so good, I’m going to purchase several copies for family & friends and will recommend this book to any and everyone I come across.
