Get Ready for Summer…Use Sunscreen!

Sunscreen is one of the best things you can do for your skin. Yet only 43% of women regularly use a product with an spf factor of 15 or higher. An 8oz bottle of sunscreen should only yield 8 full body applications. That is only enough for a few days of fun in the sun! If you have a bottle left over from last summer’s vacation, you’re probably not using enough. Apply sunscreen everywhere! don’t forget behind your ears and the back of your neck. Apply 30 minutes before leaving home and before putting on your bathing suit and heading to the beach so it has time to absorb.
